How do I care for my planner or hat?
For planners: Keep in a dry, cool place to avoid wear. Avoid closing planner with any pens or thick objects in them to avoid breaking the sewn-binding spine. To keep your planner in its best condition, avoid drops or heavy pressure, as the edges may bend slightly over time. The denim cover of this planner may experience natural fading and slight dye transfer over time, especially with frequent handling. To minimize transfer, avoid prolonged contact with light-colored fabrics or surfaces.
For hats: We recommend hand washing in cold water and air drying to maintain quality.

What happens if my order is returned back to your warehouse due to an incorrect address?
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect mailing address or any other delivery issue, we will contact you via the email provided at checkout to resolve the matter. Please note that it is the customer’s responsibility to cover the cost of reshipping the order to the correct address.
