Meet the Founder
Ashley Dogbe is the founder of Living in Light, a faith-rooted printed product brand, and Aesthetics. Creative Design Studio, a branding and design studio serving purpose-driven businesses.
Originally a registered nurse, Ashley felt called to step into entrepreneurship and build something that aligned more deeply with her faith, creativity, and calling. What began as a leap of obedience has grown into years of hands-on experience creating, branding, and producing physical products — learning through real wins, real losses, and seasons of waiting that shaped both her business and her faith.
Through her journey, Ashley has navigated everything from early production mistakes and costly lessons to vendor relationships, manufacturing decisions, fulfillment systems, and marketing strategies — all while keeping God at the center of her work.
This course was created to merge her experience across healthcare, design, and entrepreneurship, offering mentorship rooted in stewardship, transparency, and faith-led decision-making. Ashley’s heart is to help others avoid unnecessary setbacks and confidently steward the visions God has placed on their hearts.

This collaboration exists to support you where needed, without pressure — whether you design everything yourself or choose to lean on professional help along the way.
“I didn’t learn this from a textbook or a perfect launch. I learned it through real walkthroughs, real decisions, and over $20,000 in mistakes, all while walking closely with Jesus through the hard conversations, redirection, and refinement that come with building as a Christian business owner. This course exists so you don’t have to figure everything out the hard way.” - Ashley Dogbe, Founder
Real-Life Walkthroughs & Behind-the-Scenes Guidance
This course goes beyond teaching concepts, it shows you what this looks like in real life.
Throughout the course, you’ll be guided through practical, behind-the-scenes walkthrough videos where I share exactly how I navigate key parts of the printed product process. These aren’t generic examples or theory-based explanations, they’re real screens, real tools, and real decisions.
You’ll see:
- How I use and set up a thermal printer
- How to apply for a trademark on your own
- The exact questions I ask manufacturers before moving forward
- How to use worksheets to request accurate quotes and compare options
- How I organize files, timelines, and decisions to avoid mistakes
These walkthroughs are designed to remove confusion, build confidence, and help you understand not just what to do, but how to do it, step by step.
This is the kind of guidance I wish I had when I started, and it’s included to help you move forward with clarity instead of guesswork.
Frequently Asked Questions
How long does it take to go through the course?
This course is self-paced, so it truly depends on you and your season of life. Some people move through the content in a few weeks, others take a few months as they plan, pray, and implement. I encourage you not to rush. Building a printed product well takes time, and that’s a good thing.
How long will it take to actually launch a product?
That depends on a few factors: your decision-making speed, manufacturing timelines, and how prepared you are before production. From planning to having product in hand, many people can expect a few months. I walk you through realistic timelines inside the course so you’re not guessing or setting unrealistic expectations.
Is this a big financial investment beyond the course?
Launching a printed product is an investment, yes — but it’s one you can steward wisely. At a minimum, most people should plan for around $2,000 to get started, which typically covers product, shipping, and basic supplies. Some invest more, some less. I personally invested over $30,000 to restart my journey, and I share exactly how and why I did that and how you can make decisions that make sense for your situation.
Do I have to use your design studio or manufacturers?
Not at all. You’re free to design on your own, work with another designer, or use our studio at a discounted student-only rate. The same goes for manufacturers, I share access to vetted options, but you’re never required to use them. My goal is to give you clarity and confidence, not lock you into anything.
Is there a payment plan available?
Yes. Payment plans are available through Shop Pay, making it easier to spread out the investment if that’s helpful for you. I want this to feel accessible while still honoring the value of the course.
What if I realize this isn’t for me after I start? Are there refunds?
Because this course includes immediate access to digital content, resources, and proprietary information, all sales are final and non-refundable once access is granted. I encourage you to pray about this decision and review the course details carefully before applying.
Will this course help me actually move forward, not just learn?
Yes — that’s the heart behind it. This isn’t just information. It’s guidance, walkthroughs, tools, and real-life examples designed to help you take action with clarity. You’ll still need to put in the effort, but you won’t be doing it blindly.
What if I’m scared but still feel called to do this?
That’s okay — fear doesn’t disqualify you. Most people I talk to feel excited and nervous. If God placed this vision on your heart, He will walk with you through the process. This course is here to support you as you take that next faithful step.
